Silver City USA was a mining destination way back in the day
Some came for silver and some came for gold
A cave in trapped the miners so the stories been told
But something attacked from the bowls of the earth
Murdered many miners, the folklore a curse
Now a dynamite blast has reopened the mine and released the deadly creatures hibernating inside

They hunt while you sleep

Rising up from the deep

In the basement they creep
Beware the Boogens will take your life

A tunnel below links a house and the mine
The inhabitants inside are being eaten alive
You didn't heed the warning, didn't believe the tale
Of the countless missing people being left in their trail
Now no one is safe once the tentacles fly
If you find their lair of bones it's most certain you'll die
You shouldn't have disturbed the catacombs where they dwell
Left you fighting for survival inside this living hell

Beneath the surface the terror awaits
The mine is your final resting place
The caverns muffle your worthless cries
Your bones are picked clean after your demise

A hunger unappeased
Now for countless centuries
They will impose their will
To devour and kill

The screams of terror will wake you
Then the earth will quake and move
and the Boogens will take your life
